Pacific Gastroenterology is contracted with almost all insurance providers.

Insurance Information

Please bring your insurance card(s) when you come in for your appointment. If your card is not available bring any documentation such as insurance name, member number, group number, and insurance address so that we can bill your insurance company. If insurance information is not provided at time of service, payment in full is required or arrangements need to be made with the business office.

Secondary Insurance

We gladly bill all contracted secondary insurance if the information is provided.

Copays

Copays are due at time of service, per most insurance company rules and our company policy.

Medicare

All providers of Pacific Gastroenterology are participating Medicare providers. This means that we will bill Medicare directly and agree to charge no more than the Medicare allowable for a given service.

If the service you receive is covered by Medicare they will pay 80% of those charges after your annual deductible, leaving you a balance of 20%.

Medicare Supplemental Insurance

If Medicare does not bill your second insurance we will gladly bill it for you if the insurance information is provided to us.

Fees

Our fees for medical specialty services are comparable with the Vancouver area. If you have no medical insurance or need to bill your own insurance we request payment in full at time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Statements

Statements are produced one time monthly. Balances are due 30 days after receipt of statement.
